The LOVB LA roster features high-profile talent and is led by Brazilian coaching legend José 'Zé Roberto' Guimarães, a three-time Olympic gold medalist as head coach. Southern California's deep volleyball culture, combined with the city's preparation for the 2028 Olympics, makes Los Angeles a natural focal point for the sport's expansion. Intuit Dome will host the official 5×5 basketball tournaments during the LA28 Olympic Games, further tying the venue to elite competition.
